Great hotel, awesome service

We stopped at The Highlander on our way back from the Sabi Sands where we celebrated our 10 year wedding anniversary.

From the moment we arrived we felt that management is on top of things and the service levels all round was spot on.

The Suites are large and well appointed and makes for a great, romantic getaway destination. The fireplace - awesome!!

Will definitely be putting together a dedicated trip to spend a weekend at The Highlander and explore he quaint little tons of Dullstroom.

The Highlander was a great place to stay friendly service great manager and staff nothing was too much trouble room was luxurious and comfortable. Lovely food in a beautiful dining room. We will be back

ROMANTIC & PERSONALISED ATTENTION!

My husband and I spent a very romantic weekend at this beautiful hotel over an unseasonably chilly weekend in October but I can assure you that the chilly weather did not put a chill in our experience here. We were absolutely blown away by the attentive service we received from the actual owners! (Now that doesn't happen very often, does it?) They bent over backwards to make sure our every requirement was taken care of and the lady even made sure my forgetful husband had a gorgeous bouquet of flowers (made up of flowers from around the area) to present to me as it was our anniversary. I would even go as far as to say we had a better time at The Highlander Hotel than on our actual honeymoon nine years ago in Thailand!
We have decided to make it our regular anniversary destination!!

AMAZING! AMAZING! AMAZING!

My husband and I traveled to the Highlander Hotel to celebrate our first wedding anniversary. It was an absolute amazing weekend, from the moment we walked in we were greeted by friendly staff that went out of their way to make our stay amazing. I would highly recommend The Highlander Hotel to anyone, the personal service made it more than just hotel, we were not treated as guests we were treated as family. My husband and will most definitely be back without a doubt. Thank you to everyone at The Highlander that made our first anniversary a truly memorable one.
