The Highlander’s in house restaurant is proud to present the talented skills of Betty & team whose “Art with Food” has been famous in Dullstroom for many years. The Chapter 1 dining venue is open from the early morning up until late in the evenings for an elegant and sophisticated dining experience.
The restaurant offers a range of cuisines from country to creative Cordon Bleu. The mouthwatering meals which are on offer at Chapter 1 are all prepared from fresh organic products. The restaurant serves breakfast and dinner for guests to enjoy in a quiet and subdued setting.
Whilst we endeavour to cater for customers needs it is not always possible to meet specialised dietary requirements and surcharges may be applicable for specialsied requests.
